TORONTO – The Toronto Argonauts announced today that the team has signed international linebacker Brian Rolle and international punter/kicker Andrew Muzljakovich.
Rolle, a 5-10, 230-pound native of Immokalee, Florida, comes to Toronto after spending time with the NFL’s Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Eagles, who selected him in the sixth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. The Ohio State product amassed 175 tackles, 24 tackles for a loss, three sacks, four interceptions, and a forced fumble in 51 starts over four seasons with the Buckeyes.
Muzljakovich (Pronunciation: MUZE-LAK-OH-VICH) spent his collegiate career at Olivet Nazarence University in Bourbonnais, Illinois. In 11 games in 2013, he had 59 punts for 2,443 yards and 43 kickoffs for 2,674 yards while hitting 13 of 17 field goals attempts. The Vicksburg, Michigan native led the MSFA Midwest League in punting while ranking second in the league in net kickoffs and field goal percentage en route to being named a AFCA-NAIA first-team All-American and MSFAA first-team as a place kicker.
