TORONTO – The Toronto Argonauts have signed national offensive lineman Joe Circelli.
Circelli, a 6-3, 290-pound native of London, Ontario, was selected by the Calgary Stampeders in the third round (25th overall) of the 2014 CFL Draft. The Western University alum spent training camp with the Stampeders in 2014 before electing to return to the Mustangs for the 2014 season. In three seasons with the Mustangs, the 2013 second-team OUA All-Star played in 15 regular season games and seven playoff games.
The Argos also announced that the team has released international receiver Jarvis West.
