After a disappointing loss to the hands of the Edmonton
Eskimos last week at Commonwealth Stadium, the Argos will be seeking revenge as
the green and gold hook up with the double blue in the second half of a
home-and-home in the teams final meetings with one another in the 2008 regular
season.

Despite the loss, the Argos are coming off a game where
their much maligned offence began to put points on the board led by QB Kerry Joseph and veteran WR Arland Bruce lll who accounted for 12
of the Argos 28 points in the contest. Although Bruce put up what might have been the catch of the year on his
second major, it was the play of the newcomers in the receiving corps that had
coaches Rich Stubler and Steve Buratto grinning.

Rookie receivers Johnnie
Morant, James Robinson
and Tyler
Scott
combined for an impressive 11 receptions for 169 yards and 1 touchdown last
week with Morant, scoring the major after stealing a sure interception out of
the hands of Eskimos DB Shannon Garrett.

All three receivers will have significant roles again this
week with Robinson starting at wide receiver. Their work load may increase even more so if WR Andre Talbot cannot dress. The sure-handed possession receiver has been listed as a “game-time
decision” by coach Stubler as he nurses a nagging injury.

If Talbot cannot go, we will join the like of WR Bethel Johnson and rookie FB Steve Schmidt who have been ruled
inactive for the contest due to injury. They will be replaced on the roster by DB Chris Hardy and QB Reggie
McNeal
who return from the IR.

Newly acquired OL Michael
Galassi
will make his debut as a backup OT in place of OT Ross Weaver who has gone home for his
wedding. Cornerback Willie Middlebrooks, who has missed the last two weeks due to
injury, will return to the starting lineup in front of CB Kenny Heatly.

On defence and special teams, the Argos will look to a
familiar face to tighten things up in DE Ronald
Flemons
who will dress in his first game since returning to the Boatmen
just over a week ago in a trade with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Flemons will not be the only familiar face on the field
Sunday afternoon as fan favourites P/K Noel Prefontaine and CB Jordan Younger make
their first appearance at Rogers Centre since being dealt to the Eskies in the
off-season.

Kickoff is at 4 p.m. at Rogers Centre and the Nissan
Tailgate Party begins at 1:00 p.m. To purchase
