The Kingston native had a tremendous E-Camp last month leading the linebackers in virtually every testing category while also impressing during on-field drills.
Greenwood won the President’s Trophy as the outstanding defensive player in CIS football last season after leading the QUFL and finishing third in the nation with 62.0 total tackles.
Greenwood has been near the top of the CFL’s list of top prospects from the outset, ranking third on the list in September and second on the December list.
He is a fast, physical defender and likens his style of play to Otis Floyd of the Ticats.
“I think I could play MAC or WILL,” Greenwood said following E-Camp. “I just want to come in right away and contribute on special teams, earn the respect of my peers and go from there.”
