1: What have you been doing this off-season? Any hobbies?
I’ve
been living life and busy moving into my new house. My family and I
needed a bigger place. The boys are getting a lot bigger – my 7-year
old is 105 pounds already!
2: What’s your favourite thing to do with your two boys?
I like to take them to a park nearby my house and play football.
3: Who’s the toughest o-lineman you’ve ever faced?
I would have to say Chris Samuels from Alabama. I used to face him when I played for the University of Tennessee.
4: What about the best o-lineman you’ve faced in the CFL?
I haven’t met one in the CFL who can stop me (laughing).
5: What’s your best move and why does it work?
Anything that involves speed and power; it keeps them off balance.
6: What can Argos fans expect from you in 2008?
I
want to repeat what I did last year, but do it better. I left some
sacks on the table that I want to get back. We need to get back to the
Grey Cup in 2008.
7: What’s your favourite room in your new house? Why?
I
have my own room on the upper level where I keep my shrine. There I can
have my quiet time, kick back and watch my big screen TV. On the walls,
I have each of my jersey’s framed from high school, to college
(Tennessee, Senior Bowl and East-West Shrine Bowl) to the pros (Argos
and St. Louis Rams). I even have my SuperBowl jersey hanging up from
2001 when we lost to the Patriots.
8: Have you ever worn a different number? What was it?
Yeah,
I’ve also worn #91 with Tennessee, and #93 with the Rams. I’d never
worn #97 until I came to Toronto. They asked me to pick a number when I
got here so I took 97 because I liked it.
9: What was your first impression when you arrived in Toronto?
Just a beautiful city, I couldn’t live here all the time though – too much snow.
10: Who will win the SuperBowl this Sunday?
Giants,
they’re on a roll. They have a good d-line, check that, a VERY good
D-Line and a strong all-around defence. They play ball control offence
and can keep the ball away from Brady.
