Toronto Argonauts WR Andre Talbot will join over
300 youth on behalf of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada as he
participates in the 8th annual AT Kearney Winterfest Celebration this
Saturday at the West Scarborough Boys and Girls Club.
Talbot,
who was a Boys and Girls Club volunteer as a teenager, will present a
motivational speech to the participants that will highlight the
importance of believing in yourself, respecting yourself and making
positive choices for you and your city.
Winterfest,
organized with the support of management consultants A.T. Kearney,
focuses on its theme of “Winter Wonderland” and provides a variety of
games and activities encouraging youth to engage in positive
self-expression through sports, arts and music.
