to enjoy being part of a sports club and get some experience in the sports marketing
world? Then the Argos have a great opportunity for you! The Toronto Argonauts
are looking for volunteers for the 2008 CFL season to help out with game day
operations, events, and much more.
Being
a volunteer for the Argos is a great chance to help out Toronto’s football team
and to get some amazing experience! Working with the Argos staff is an awesome
opportunity to sharpen your communication skills by helping out at events,
promotions, and on the sideline. This is also a wonderful way to meet new
people, make new friends, and witness the Argos make another run at the Grey
Cup. Signing up to volunteer for the Argos means being part of the football
environment and will definitely include loads of fun!
Argos volunteers will assist with the planning, set-up, and execution of the
TailGate party as well as different events during games. Helping out with the
Generation A Zone at Gate 11 is another task for volunteers where they will
assist with the set-up of interactive inflatables and the organization of
activities. Volunteers will also assist with Kids Zone events, drills, and will
interact and play with the kids.
