Arguably the most popular player in the history of the Argos, the pint-sized Michael “Pinball” Clemons re-wrote the record books and was one of the most exciting players on the field and off the field.
In 1989, legendary Argos sideline boss Bob O’Billovich gave Clemons the nickname “Pinball” after watching him bounce off defenders with blinding speed. Clemons will go down in history as one of the greatest running backs in history, however, it was his play in the Argos kick and punt return game that brought fans to their feet almost every game he played.
