Argos QB Kerry Joseph visited Toronto’s Daily Bread Food Bank on Thursday to pack food in support of the 6th annual Purolator Tackle Hunger food drive.
Joseph, Gail Nyberg of Toronto’s Daily Bread Food Bank and Brian Collins of Purolator helped kick off the hugely successful Tackle Hunger program which encourages CFL fans to bring non-perishable food items or monetary donations to an Argos game once every season.
Fans are asked to help top last year’s 30,000-pound food tally by contributing this Saturday on their way into the Argos/Alouettes matchup at Rogers Centre.
Fans that donate will have the opportunity to get their picture taken with the Grey Cup and will automatically be entered to win a Kerry Joseph signed jersey.
