The Toronto Argonauts would like to congratulate 2008 CFL Draft Pick OL Richard Zulys on being named 2nd-Team OUA All-Star at Offensive Tackle.
Taken in the 5th round, 37th overall, by the Argos, Richard Zulys returned to the Western Ontario Mustangs this season where he has been a household name at offensive tackle over the past five seasons. He was a vital part in former running back Randy McAuley’s success in achieving the third-highest career rushing total in CIS history and played in the 2007 East-West Bowl game. A Toronto-native, Zulys won a Toronto Metro Bowl Championship while playing for St. Michael’s College in high school.
Argonauts fans can watch Zulys, along with the rest of the Mustangs squad, this weekend when they take on the Ottawa Gee Gee’s in the 101st Yates Cup OUA Championship on Saturday, November 8.
