The Argos welcomed back OT Cliff Washburn Wednesday morning. The Citadel product re-joins the Double Blue after exercising the option year of his contract to attend training camp with the Houston Texans of the NFL. Washburn originally joined the Argos midway through the 2006 season and dressed in six games, including the East Final, and played both right and left tackle.
The 6-foot-6-inch, 300-pound lineman returned to the Argos near the end of the 2008 season and played in three games before signing with the Texans in the off-season.
