MISSISSAUGA — The Argos took to the practice field for another round of two-a-days, their final one before they take on the Hamilton Tiger-Cats at Rogers Centre on Sunday to open the pre-season.

The Argos’ secondary took their play to another level today, with #11 CB Delroy Clarke making sure that he didn’t go unnoticed. Clarke picked off a pass and stayed step-for-step with the receivers all morning. Defensive back #7 Dwaine Carpenter also had a solid practice as well and intercepted two passes of his own.
Perhaps the Argos’ defenders were inspired by a familiar face that made his annual visit to the club’s training camp. Former linebacker/defensive back and Grey Cup Champion, Antonious Bonner took in today’s workout and was joined by his old coach and current team Vice-Chair, Michael “Pinball” Clemons.
Towards the latter stages of practice, Head Coach Jim Barker kept the mood light, making the offensive line run down field coverage on special teams.
