TORONTO – The Argonauts have had no trouble answering the bell this season on the football field. Thursday morning was no different for the Double Blue.
Toronto Argonauts President and CEO Bob Nicholson, Head Coach Jim Barker and players and team captains Jeremaine Copeland, Bryan Crawford, Rob Murphy and Willie Pile joined Tom Kloet, CEO, TMX Group, to ring the bell to open the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The Argos have spent the week around town participating in several community events as part of Football Week in Toronto. Football Week in Toronto is a series of events aimed to raise awareness for and promote participation in minor football in the Greater Toronto Area and support Football Canada.
The Argonauts take on the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Friday, August 20 at Rogers Centre at 7:30 p.m.
