TORONTO – After months of speculation, DT Adriano Belli has come to a final decision on his plans for 2011 and will announce his plans on Wednesday at a media gathering aboard the Tall Ship Kajama in downtown Toronto.
It has been a roller-coaster off-season for the ‘Kissing Bandit’ who has contemplated both returning next season as a Boatmen or retiring as a Boatmen. Either way, his sailing skills will be put to the test tomorrow.
Belli is coming off an injury-plagued 2010 season which saw him play in only six games, starting four. The 10-year CFL veteran did return in the late stages of the season, helping spark a defence that lifted the Argos past the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the Eastern Semi-Final.
