MISSISSAUGA — The Toronto Argonauts Football Club announced Tuesday morning that it has released quarterback Cleo Lemon.
Lemon started 25 regular season games and played in two playoff games for the Argos. His overall regular season record was 11-14 since 2010, and he was 2-6 as a starter in 2011. For his career, he completed 430 of 680 passes, 63.2%, for 5,069 yards with 22 touchdowns and 23 interceptions.
The Argonauts also announced that it has added QB Zack Eskridge (Midwestern State) to the practice roster.
