MISSISSAUGA — The Toronto Argonauts announced today that it has signed QB Theo Scott to a practice roster agreement. Scott played three seasons at Ohio University (2007-2009) and one year at LA Southwest College.
In his final season at Ohio, Scott completed 199 of 344 passes for 2,369 yards and 20 touchdowns with a quarterback rating of 128.5.
The Argos also announced that LB Stephen Franklin has been removed from the practice roster.
