TORONTO — With a 35-yard run in the fourth quarter Friday night against Winnipeg, running back Cory Boyd surpassed the 1,000-yard mark for the season.
The sophomore tailback is just the second player in club history to record 1,000 yards rushing in back-to-back seasons (Michael Jenkins first did it in 2000 & 2001).
