MISSISSAUGA – Scott Milanovich has announced that QB Jarious Jackson will be his team’s starter when they take on the Bombers at Canada Inns this Saturday.
Milanovich said Tuesday that Ray suffered an MCL sprain to his knee in Sunday’s loss to Montreal and will miss the club’s game in Winnipeg.
Jackson completed 15 of 31 passes for 198 yards and threw one interception in relief of Ray last weekend after the Argos’ starting pivot went down. In his CFL career, the two time Grey Cup Champion Jackson has thrown for over 7,000 yards and 50 touchdowns.
