MISSISSAUGA – The Toronto Argonauts Football Club has signed import WR Fredrick Rouse to the team’s practice roster.
Rouse most recently spent time on the Calgary Stampeders’ practice roster. Touted as one of the top high school prospects coming out of the state of Florida, he suited up for Florida State, University of Texas El Paso and Concordia – Selma.
