Durie led all Argonauts receivers with 100 yards and a touchdown on seven catches during last Thursday night’s home game against Saskatchewan. He also added 22 yards rushing for a total of 122 yards from scrimmage. His 100-yards receiving were third-most by a CFL receiver during CFL week 3 action, and the fourth-highest single game receiving yards total of his career. Durie was the feature receiver during an Argos five play scoring drive to end the first quarter when he caught three passes for 50 yards, including a 10-yard touchdown reception from Ricky Ray.
It was The Mississauga, Ontario native’s first game with at least 100-yards receiving since October of 2012, and he is currently ranked third in the league in most receiving yards with 208 through three games.
The Argonauts will travel west this week to take on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Friday July 19 at 8:00pm E.T. at Investors Group Field. They return home on Tuesday, July 30 to host the B.C. Lions for a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff at Rogers Centre. Tickets are available to all Argonauts home games by visiting argonauts.ca or calling 416-341-ARGO (2746).
