Starting today, Tuesday, May 27,at 10:00 a.m. ET fans can get priority access to single game tickets to all 2014 Argonauts home games, including the team’s home pre-season game at Varsity Stadium and the regular season home opener on July 5 at Rogers Centre, by subscribing to the club’s online newsletter, the Double Blue Post, following the team’s social media community or by becoming a season ticket holder. Tickets to all regular season games plus one pre-season game will officially be released for general public sale on Saturday, May 31 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Fans can purchase tickets by calling Ticketmaster, through ticketmaster.ca, logging on to argonauts.ca, visiting the box office at Rogers Centre Gate 9, or by calling (416) 341-ARGO.
Double Blue fans can look forward to the return of some of the Canadian Football League’s most exciting players in 2014, including reigning CFL All-Star at Quarterback and last season’s East Division Most Outstanding Player, Ricky Ray. The offence is ready as fan favourite, and CFL on TSN’s top rated player in 2013, KR/SB Chad Owens is anxious to propel Toronto towards another Grey Cup championship. RB/SB Andre Durie, who had a career-best season with 92 catches one season ago, and WR John Chiles, who scored eight touchdowns in his first year in the league, are looking to continue their dominance on the field in 2014. Former East Division Outstanding Defensive Player and Outstanding Canadian LB Shea Emry has also joined the Boatmen in their fight to get to the 102nd Grey Cup in Vancouver.
